Church/Ministry Partner
The Problem
As a leader, it is often difficult to equip your staff and congregation with deep theological training.
More than likely…
- You are confined to a 30-40min message once or twice a week which needs to be relatable to seasoned Christians as well as the unsaved.
- You may have staff members to help carry the load of pastoring, but not enough manpower to launch a ministry solely focused on deeper theological training.
- Perhaps you have a young staff or strong volunteer team, eager to serve in ministry, but not equipped with formalized theological training.
- You probably have a strong desire to see your staff trained on a deeper level and provide a way for your congregation to also be equipped, but may lack the resources needed to accomplish this.
Now more than ever, churches are faced with the need to know and teach the Bible on a deep level.

How It Helps You
Invest In Your Staff
- Be the employer that provides continuing education opportunities to your employees in the area that matters most- God's Word! A demonstration of you pouring into their lives in an enriching way.
- Use course completions as an incentive. Incentivize staff to prioritize their theological education by offering rewards for every course they complete with us. Example: complete a course, get an extra vacation day!
Grow Together
- Learn as a team through our group program. Allow your staff to grow in their unity as a team and in their understanding of the Bible!
- Create a custom track for ordination for those on your staff desiring to become an ordained pastor. View our courses and choose which custom track you'd like for your staff to follow!
How It Helps You
Equip Your Congregation
- Be the church that encourages their congregation to dive deeper into the scriptures and gives the tools to do it!
- Start small groups at your church using our Introductory courses as the curriculum
Train Up Leaders
- Ask group leaders to equip themselves with sound theology through our courses before leading a group of other congregants
- Create a deacon or elder track for lay leaders to become equipped and trained theologically so your pastoral staff can be expanded outside of paid employees
How to Partner
Any churches that find our content useful for the training and equipping of their staff and congregants, all we simply ask is for your ministry to become a monthly Vision Partner by donating any amount that is doable for your ministry on a recurring basis. Many of our church partners donate through their missional or operational budgets. Some giving $100 a month and some $300-$500 per month based on their ability. There is no set amount as we want to be a blessing to you and your ministry, not a burden.
Also, if you’d like to learn more about setting up a group environment to train your staff, leaders, or congregation in, shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’d be happy to set up a time to chat.
Case study
Finding AWKNG
During a required leadership track within his denomination, Pastor Aucoin’s teacher went off-topic and introduced Dr. Heiser’s book, “Supernatural,” to expand his point. This sparked Pastor Aucoin’s curiosity, leading him to read both “Supernatural” and “The Unseen Realm.” After getting totally hooked, he dove into courses with AWKNG School of Theology. As his learning continued, the materials began to spark inspiration for his weekly sermons, thus sparking a hunger for deeper learning in his congregation.
Challenges
Solution
It was important for Pastor Aucoin to not just encourage his congregants to take courses with AWKNG but actually lead them through the materials so meaningful discussion could be had. He contacted AWKNG where he received ideas on how to structure a group learning environment. He decided to gather a group together to watch the lecture videos and engage in discussion. He then had the group, on their own time, watch the lecture again, go through the module readings, and take the quizzes. This model worked well in that it instilled the meaning of the main materials through the double viewing, relevance through the in-person discussion time, and the development of some healthy study habits with the at-home requirements.
Benefits
Benefit One
Provided unique and eye-opening content that created an avenue for a deeper understanding of God’s Word to be instilled into his congregation.
Benefit Two
Allowed for meaningful in-depth discussion with the ability to wrestle through complex ideas toward Biblical understanding.
Benefit Three
Instilled healthy study habits into his congregants.

Recommendation
“I recommend this to pastors all the time. I even had a pastor and one of his congregants from a Messianic Congregation join us for both group semesters of the “Unseen Realm” courses and my hook was once again the book “Supernatural”. Which, by the way is an awesome tool for informing people about Dr. Heiser’s work.”
